Sculpture

Shaped by hand, held in place.

A little history

Made by independent artisans in Thailand, the works in this collection span a range of materials—concrete, metal, reclaimed wire, and other found elements. Some are cast, some assembled, some bent slowly into form. All are made without molds, repetition, or expectation of uniformity.

Many of the materials were once ordinary or discarded. Concrete meant for building. Wire meant to disappear into walls. Through careful handling and attention, they are given new form and presence. The marks of process remain visible—fingerprints, seams, bends, and weight are part of the work.
